New beta features: SEPA transfers & security boost

Our latest Beta update adds SEPA transfers, stronger onboarding, and KYC support for Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland.

We’re pleased to welcome Chris Alders as Corporate PR & Brand Manager. Chris brings experience in PR, communications, strategic marketing and brand development, and will help shape the Blockport public messaging and media presence.

We also officially launched our first bi-weekly Reddit AMA session. Jasper Jansz, Lead UX & Design, and Jasper Blokland, Product Owner, answered community questions about the Beta platform and our roadmap during the inaugural session.

Our development team integrated SEPA bank transfer functionality into our Beta platform. All users within the Single Euro Payments Area can now deposit euros via SEPA wire transfers. This feature is now available to all EEA users in our current Beta version.

We strengthened platform security and updated our tech support tool. Our team refined the registration and onboarding flow, adding a password-strength checker. We streamlined account creation and expanded identity verification procedures to include customers in Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland.

We deployed over twenty additional updates across content and interface design. These changes focused on user experience improvements and security infrastructure reinforcement.

Our current Beta operates on a hybrid-decentralized architecture that combines on-chain fund security with a social layer for knowledge sharing and market insights. The platform uses hybrid storage models to secure user funds while maintaining transparency features.

Our development team currently focuses on finalizing crypto withdrawal functionality while maintaining security standards. We conduct ongoing testing of all new features before releasing them to our Beta user base.
